Third-Party Plan Review
Our principal has sat on both sides of the review table — as municipal engineering leader and as private development engineer. That dual perspective means we review plans the way municipalities think, while remaining attuned to the schedules and budgets that drive the development community. We enforce local, state, and federal guidelines with precision, and we bring the institutional knowledge to resolve conflicts before they become costly delays. LAM Engineering is certified by the City of Dallas for third-party plan review and inspection in accordance with Texas House Bill 14.
Municipal & School District Design
We understand that public projects demand more than technical competence — they require an understanding of procurement cycles, public accountability, and in the case of school districts, the added complexity of occupied campuses and academic calendars.
